Delivery and refunds

The products are files, delivered as soon as payment is recorded. There is no shipping step.

How long your link lasts

Within that window you may download as often as you like. If you lose the link, use the order lookup in the footer and enter your order code.

When we refund

Because files are delivered instantly, we do not refund simply because you changed your mind or disliked the reading. We refund in full when:

• You were charged but the system failed to deliver the file.
• The file is corrupt, will not open, or shows the wrong chart, and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You transferred too much. We return the excess.

How to ask

Write to the support address in the footer with your order code and a screenshot of the transfer, within 30 days of payment. We return the money to the same bank account it came from, within 7 working days of accepting the request. We charge no processing fee.

If we shut the service down

We give at least 30 days notice on the home page and refund the unused part of any calendar download period.
