When you enter a name and date of birth to see a chart, we process it immediately and never write it to our database. The server stores only a one-way hash of those two values, used to check that a file you download is the file you paid for. The hash cannot be reversed back into a name or a date.
Your details live in the link
The name and date of birth are part of the result page address. Anyone holding that link can see the chart. Think before you share it.

Sharing
We do not sell, trade or rent your data. We disclose information only on written request from a competent state authority.

Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete data relating to you. Write to the support address in the footer with your order code. We reply within 3 working days.
