Payment policy

We accept bank transfer by VietQR code, processed by the payOS gateway. We do not take cash or international cards, and we never store your card or bank account details.

Steps

  • Press the buy button. A VietQR code appears with the amount and a transfer reference.
  • Scan it in your banking app, send the exact amount, and leave the transfer reference exactly as filled in.
  • We receive the confirmation automatically, usually within a minute, and unlock your file.

If something goes wrong

Wrong transfer referenceThe order will not match automatically. Send us a screenshot of the transfer; we reconcile it by hand and unlock your file.
UnderpaymentThe order stays pending. Send the difference, or tell us and we refund.
OverpaymentWe return the excess once you tell us.

Payments go to the bank account held in the name of the household business shown in the footer.
